Head of Affiliate manager
Our client is a global company that has an established reputation for attracting millions of users from all over the world and offering exciting products and services. It is rapidly developing project- we grew up more then a twice. We opened offices in Minsk and at Cyprus.
Due to the expansion into new markets (Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia) we are looking for a Head of affiliates who will strengthen our team.
• To advance partner programs, attracting new partners who have high-quality traffic for our offers;
• To build a strategy for scaling sources and searching for new techniques for communicating with partners;
• To set an effective communication with partners, to be online, to consult about offers, to assist in all difficult moments and the resolution of conflict situations;
• To lead internal reporting by verticals;
• A Monitoring of financial efficiency and profitability of cooperation with partners.
• A work experience in a similar position from 3 years in the field (Gambling/ betting)
• An experience in managing a team will be a plus experience in creating your own team from scratch;
• An experience with analytics systems;
• To have an ability to organize work within the team - setting and justifying KPI, motivating employees to achieve results, planning and reporting
• A developed communication skills, both in a team and with partners - the ability to quickly find a common language with a partner and build productive and friendly relationships, conflict resolution;
• To know English from level B1 (Intermediate) will be a plus.
