If someone then fills in the contact form, they must first demonstrate that they are not a robot. With reCAPTCHA v3, your visitor only has to tick 'I am not a robot', with reCAPTCHA v2 the visitor gets the well-known puzzles with, for example, traffic lights.

To set up reCAPTCHA:

1. Go to Google's reCAPTCHA website
2. Click on the plus sign, enter your domain name at 'Domains' and choose the reCAPTCHA version you want
3. If you click on 'Send' you will see two keys
4. Use the API keys for your website. With WordPress you do this for example at 'Contact' -> 'Integration'
