Events
Hello racers! How are you all doing? We've heard your feedback and decided to introduce new event roles - Event Organizer and Champion.
For each region, we need to choose event organizers. If you believe you're a good fit for this role, please DM Kallen with the following details:
- The region you’d like to organize events for
- Your experience with organizing online or offline events (including types of events such as games, contests, AMAs, etc.)
- Number of participants in your past events and how many events you’ve organized in Altius
- How you plan to engage participants and ensure regular events for the community
I’d also like to take a moment to explain these roles:
@Event Organizer
As an Event Organizer, your role is to create engaging and fair events for the community. After each event, you must submit the following details:
- Event Name
- Link to the event/announcement
- Region
- Date
- Description: (number of participants, screenshot)
- Winner: (Discord username)
- Minimum Participants: At least 5 participants per event.
- Event Frequency: Events cannot be held daily.
- Honesty & Fair Play: Cheating or manipulation of results is prohibited.
@Champion
A Champion is someone who wins 5 events. To earn this role, participants must demonstrate skill and consistency. Cheating will disqualify anyone from achieving Champion role.
The purpose of the games and events is to bring the community together and create a fun and enjoyable experience. Roles are a nice bonus, but the main focus should be on having fun, relaxing, and connecting with others. Don’t stress about winning or gaining roles - just enjoy the game and the company of fellow participants!
