Client Analytics Department – Intern / Business Analyst

Client Analytics Department builds knowledge about OZON clients and conducts a vast range of streams aimed at improving their quality of service. Due to rapidly growing scope of projects, we are currently looking for bright individual with a deep interest and knowledge in data-driven analytics to strengthen our team as an Intern with further performance-based promotion for full-time Business Analyst position.

Tasks:

Conduct full-scale data-based research on Company’s clients (with responsibility for the entire analytical process: from data mining, preparation and processing to results’ interpretation and presentation to management team)
Develop and prepare comprehensive periodical reports on clients’ performance delivered to management team
Support Client Analytics team on projects by creating complex mathematical and economic models
Conduct ad-hoc data-based analyses to gather useful insights about clients’ experience at OZON

Requirements:

BA/MA student or recent graduate in mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related field
(Required) Strong knowledge and programming experience in SQL and Python
(Optional) Knowledge of other programming and visualization tools: OLAP cubes, Power BI, Grafana
(Optional) Big Data analysis and Machine Learning algorithms knowledge
Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule and hard-working
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate technical and analytical content in an understandable way in both Russian and English
