Wedding Videographer Devon // The Real wedding of Ellie & Sam // Wedding Photography & Video

Wedding Video Devon & Wedding Photography Devon

This wedding was just incredible. Being able to capture both wedding video Somerset luxury wedding venues was amazing.

Ellie & Sam chose the stunning Anran for their big day, it certainly did not disappoint. Sam & Ellie decided to get ready at the venue, which makes capturing both bride and groom preparations straight forward.

The church was just a short walk round the corner from the venue. I love being able to capture those first guest interactions, hugs and hand shakes.

The ceremony was chock full of laughter. I love when a ceremony is full of fun and giggles, especially from the bride and groom.

We then headed back to Anran for an afternoon full of spectacular surprises!

There was time to relax and grab a drink in the amazing courtyard, then Sam & Ellie headed down to the beautiful blue lake for some photos.

Before we got into our speeches there was a surprise booked for Sam & Ellie. Ellie’s Mum had booked the 1st Call Singing Waiters.
The two singers did an absolutely cracking job of getting the whole wedding party up and on their feet singing and dancing round the whole room! Fortunately, we were in the know and were able to capture plenty of photographs and video.

Then it was on to one of the most emotional parts of any wedding day, the speeches.

I always love capturing the speeches, you get drawn in to the story of the couple. Their childhood, friendships, mistakes and ultimately build a great picture of their love story ready to edit their wedding video.

The best man (Sam’s younger brother) was particularly emotional during his speech but absolutely knocked it out of the park.

But wait, there was even more! As the sun started to get low on this amazing wedding day we were treated to two more stunning spectacles.

Sam’s Dad had been building a Spitfire aeroplane. Yes you read that correctly. Sam’s Dad had spent the last 13 years building a replica Spitfire FROM SCRATCH.

Naturally, a fly over from the hand built aeroplane was going to bring something of a wow moment to all of the wedding guests.

And there was EVEN more fantastic things to capture. As the sun had set and the evening party had arrived there were fire dancers to entertain in the cool of the evening.

Then it was into the amazing space that is ‘The Hut’ at Anran, an amazing curved rustic structure full of chandeliers! It feels raw and rugged which it should as the original structure dates back to the second world war. It’s rusted metal framework and grey concrete interior has an amazing and elegant charm as it’s awash with light from the umpteen chandeliers and dangling lights that hang from it’s ceiling. Truly unique.
