User Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Company provides the Client with access to a virtual or dedicated server (hereinafter referred to as the “Server”) subject to full prepayment.
1.2. The Client shall use the Server exclusively under the terms of this Agreement.


2. Liability of the Parties

2.1. The Client bears full responsibility for any actions that result in failures of the operating system or software on the Server.

2.2. Troubleshooting of issues caused by the Client’s actions shall be performed at the Client’s expense.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Services in the following cases:

  • Damage caused to the Company exceeding 5000 RUB;
  • Distribution of defamatory statements about the Company;
  • Complaints from third parties regarding illegal activities by the Client;
  • Aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards the Company;
  • Violation of any clause of this Agreement.

2.4. The Company is not responsible for the preservation of the Client’s data in cases of:

  • Third-party hacking;
  • Hardware failure;
  • Failure to renew Services in a timely manner;
  • Data loss caused by the Client.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1. The Client agrees not to use the Server for:

  • Illegal activities;
  • Actions that may damage the Company’s equipment or infrastructure;
  • Spam distribution, cyberattacks, or storage of prohibited content

4. Service Quality and Availability

4.1. The Company does not guarantee 100% uptime but compensates for downtime periods.

4.2. The Client shall be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance, except in emergency situations.


5. Payment Terms

5.1. Services are provided on the basis of 100% prepayment:

  • 30 seconds to 5 minutes — for standard servers;
  • Up to 48 hours — for dedicated or custom orders.

5.2. Payments are accepted only via the Company’s official payment details. The Company is not responsible for payments made to third parties.


6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds are only possible in the event of confirmed Service malfunction caused by the Company and are issued proportionally to the unused period.

6.2. Refunds are processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.

6.3. Refund requests must be submitted via support with the subject “Refund Request” at: https://t.me/nodehost

6.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the Client violates the terms of this Agreement.

6.5. In case of damage caused to the Company (e.g., IP blacklisting, provider sanctions, equipment shutdown), the respective amount shall be deducted from the refund.

6.6 When returning funds, the company offers you convenient return options to choose from.


7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. Continued use of the Services constitutes the Client’s acceptance of such amendments.

7.2. The Client is responsible for independently monitoring the current version of the Agreement.
