User agreement

Welcome to OmniNudes, an image processing tool. By using our tool, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Disclaimer: OmniNudes is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any processed image created by our tool. Our neural network offers tools and features for enhancing and modifying photos. Users must make their own decision on using the platform, and we are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of its use.

2. User Responsibility: Our platform is not responsible for photos or images uploaded by users. Users are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and rights to use and upload photos. Any claims or legal actions related to intellectual property rights on uploaded photos will be the responsibility of the user who uploaded them.

3. Age Restrictions and Eligibility: Individuals accessing and using our tool must be at least 18 years old. Accessing and using our tool by individuals under 18 ("minors") is strictly prohibited.

4.User Obligations for Photos of Minors: If a user uploads a photo or image of a minor, and our neural network recognizes it as such, we reserve the right to report such activity to the appropriate authorities. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to upload the photo and have complied with all applicable laws and regulations. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the user's account.

5. Content Risks: Some images processed with OmniNudes may be offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable. By using our tool, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with accessing such content and agree that we are not liable for any damages or obligations arising from your use of our tool or the content obtained from it.

6. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use OmniNudes to process images that are defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, blackmailing, or otherwise unlawful.

7. Payment and Invoicing: Payment for using OmniNudes is made in advance and is non-refundable. You may choose from our available payment methods. We reserve the right to change our rates and payment methods at any time with prior notice.

8. Modification, Suspension, and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate OmniNudes at any time for any reason, including non-payment or violation of our terms and conditions, with or without notice.

9. Distribution Liability: You are solely responsible for distributing any images you process using OmniNudes, and we are not liable for any damages or obligations that may arise from the distribution of such images.

10. Third-Party Rights: Users must ensure they have all necessary permissions and rights to use the images they upload to @OmniNudes. This includes, but is not limited to, consent from individuals depicted in the photos and rights to any content that may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. OmniNudes is not responsible for any claims related to the infringement of third-party rights.

11. Updates to the User Agreement: We reserve the right to modify or update this User Agreement at any time and for any reason. In the event of significant changes, we will make efforts to notify you in advance, but it is your responsibility to regularly review this agreement to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of OmniNudes after such modifications will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold OmniNudes, its owners, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our tool or any violation of these terms and conditions.

13. Refund Policy: All transactions and actions conducted through the OmniNudes tool are final and non-refundable.

14. Personal Data Processing: We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting their personal information. Any information you provide while using OmniNudes will be processed and stored for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not retain your photos after processing, but we may retain some user data to improve our service and ensure its uninterrupted operation. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent. We commit to taking all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your information.

15. Disclaimer: OmniNudes shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our tool or related to it. We do not provide any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided in our tool and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions. You use OmniNudes at your own risk.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this User Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which OmniNudes is registered. Any legal proceedings related to such disputes shall be conducted in the competent courts of that country.

17. Severability: If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Headings: The headings of sections in this User Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or application of the provisions.

19. Entire Agreement: This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OmniNudes regarding the use of our tool and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, regarding this matter.

By using OmniNudes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including payment and invoicing terms.
