How to make €68,526 in Spain for only 45 days selling a course online

Our funnel for selling courses online in the beauty niche

In September, we were approached by a facial fitness expert with a request to set up a sales funnel. Before working with us, her sales had reached €7000-8000 max

And here are our results for 1,5 months of work:

- orders amount €142 222 and sales amount €68 526

How did we do it?

First of all, we set up a funnel for a live webinar

The average price of registration for a webinar was 1€

To register for the webinar, we also used reels: - views scored 100-150k and led to about 2000 registrations
- the bot that registered customers via messengers

We did all the settings in the webinar room to increase conversion into sales:

We also set all the technical moments for the customers to pay directly from the webinar page and again increase the conversion:

Orders for €37,217 and payments for €12,474. It has to be noticed as well that there was 80% of conversion from reserve with a small downpayment into the full payment

We started working with the expert on September 15, and as a result, by Oct 1, the sales reached €21,578. And this was only one webinar! We haven't even tested another versions of webinar and automatic webinar

What we did after the first webinar

1. We repeated the live version and got good results:

20% - conversion from participation in the webinar to order, Total orders for the amount of €6,332

37.5% conversion to payment from an order. Total sales €2,326

Later, we decided to hold a new live webinar, but make it shorter (2 hours instead of 3)

We slightly updated the funnel, improved the details, launched traffic. We recieved 4200 registrations for the live webinar

This time, the conversion from registration to participation was lower due to errors in SMS mailings and blocking of whatsapp

Even despite the low conversion rate, we made €26,518 in orders and €13,604 in autopayments

The second webinar received a lot of criticism from the audience, unlike the first three-hour one. So we decided to put the first webinar on repeat. We got these numbers:

64 orders worth $10,054 and payments worth €3,717

After that, we set up a funnel for autoweb at 15:00 and 20:00

After the registration to the webinar, the customer recieved an invitation to recieve a gift in one of the messengers:

Here are the results for one day of autoweb for cold traffic:

We invest $250 in traffic on daily basis and as a result we get about $1300 only on auto payments (without involving the expert)

We had two weak sales managers with little experience. To increase the sales we hired 4 new sales managers to reinforce the sales

Right now we are getting ready for a new sales event, and after that we will decide how to scale the funnel to increase the sales up to €100,000 per month
