Let’s reason this out logically, keeping in mind:
• Karin is not stupid. She fully understands that she wouldn’t physically be able to force Sasuke to do anything. Even if he’s tired or sleepy. Right before this, he literally subdued an enraged Juugo with just a glance — and he was even more exhausted then. She knows how powerful he is.
• Still on the topic of self-awareness: Karin also knows that if she actually did something like that, Sasuke’s opinion of her would plummet — which is the last thing she wants.
