Notes when using disinfection lamps
Note: When using ultraviolet disinfection lamps, keep the environment clean. There should be no dust and water mist in the air. When the indoor temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius or the relative humidity exceeds 50%, the exposure time should be extended. After scrubbing the floor, wait until the floor is dry before disinfecting with ultraviolet lamps; when using ultraviolet lamps to disinfect indoor air, the room should be kept clean and dry, reduce dust and water mist, and the temperature is lower than 20 degrees Celsius or higher than 40 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity is greater than 60% When using ultraviolet to disinfect the surface of the article, the surface of the irradiated surface should be directly irradiated by ultraviolet light, and the irradiation dose should be sufficient; the ultraviolet light source should not be irradiated to people to avoid damage. When the ultraviolet lamp is working, it is necessary to leave people, livestock, etc., and some items that are not suitable for ultraviolet radiation need to be effectively covered. UVC meter is recommended to test the uv irradiation intensity of the uv disinfection lamps.
For UV lamp disinfection, the appropriate UV lamp power should be selected according to the indoor space, and the corresponding time should be matched (about half an hour).
The radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp gradually decreases during the use process, so the intensity of the disinfection ultraviolet light should be measured frequently, and once it drops below the required intensity, it should be replaced in time.
The service life of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, that is, the time when the intensity of the new lamp is reduced to 70μW/cm 2 (power≥30W), or the time when the intensity of the original new lamp is reduced to 70% (power<30W), should not be low At 1000h.
Ultraviolet disinfection lamps are lamps that use ultraviolet rays to kill pathogenic microorganisms. All surfaces, water and air contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms can be disinfected by ultraviolet rays. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp used in China has high radiation intensity and longer distance disinfection and sterilization effect. When using it, it must be used without people to avoid long-term exposure to human eyes and skin.
