- Evaluate and refine our tech systems and business processes.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field.
- You've thrived as a Systems Analyst or similar in a fast-paced setting.
- Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you think analytically to navigate challenges.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, making complex technical details accessible to all team members.
- Profound knowledge of databases, software development lifecycle, and user experience design.
- Familiarity with contemporary project management tools and strategies.
- Expertise in using advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, SAS, or Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and decision-making support.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
