The essence of the project is to build the village of 30 modern villas and condominium for 80-100 apartments on a hillside overlooking the sea in Panwa area, Phuket, Thailand 🇹🇭

Investments

At the moment I offer 3 forms of co-investment:

1. 10% of the capital of the parent company are available, which owns the entire plot and the project, sells shares in subprojects - "Villas" and "Condos", will receive rental income from apartments in the condominium, and also own the management company of the future residential complex and other business in the territory
The current value of a 10% share is 10 million Thai baht (~300,000 dollars).
Lot of sale - 1% share (1 million baht)
This offer is only for friends, because then we will do this big project together

2. 80% of the capital of the company for the construction and sale of villas are available. The value and price of these shares will grow during the project development, as land and villas will rise in price, which will be sold with the construction contract, so that the wishes of the buyer can be taken into account
Total number of shares - 30,000
Minimum purchase - 500 shares
The cost of one share is 9,457 baht
Minimum investment amount - 4,728,331 baht
Shares in the company can subsequently be allocated in land or ready-made villas on favorable terms compared to the market

Preliminary indicators of a realistic-pessimistic scenario for project modeling. All expenses are taken into account with a margin so that in reality the profitability is not lower


3. Buy land plots with a contract for the construction of a villa at this early stage. There will be only 30 villas. Maximum 35.

The minimum price of a standard villa is now 8.5 million baht - for the first 5 standard villas in zone C

Agent commission is provided for each type of co-investment
