Play Buzz! games in PCSX2 without Buzzers

Download the plugin and place the .dll file in the PCSX2's plugins folder
Start PCSX2, click on "Config" -> Select "BIOS/Plugin" -> Open the dropdown list of the USB plugins and select "Qemu USB Driver (Wheel)"
