Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of PR GRAM
By using PR GRAM, you automatically agree to all the terms outlined below, including the privacy policy and user rules.
1. 🔒 PRIVACY POLICY
To provide our services, we need to collect some information, which is described in detail here. We only use public Telegram data that is automatically transmitted via the Telegram API when interacting with the bot.
1.1 Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username. Note: This is public information that Telegram openly provides when interacting with bots. We do not have access to your real name, phone number, or any other private data.
1.2 Data of channels, chats, and bots associated with tasks or the subscription check feature. This includes the ID, type (group/channel/bot), title, and username (if available).
1.3 Settings you configure via bot commands. For example, subscription check settings, language preferences, and task creation within the bot.
1.4 Information about your actions within the bot. This includes subscriptions to channels or chats, completed tasks, participant status, etc.
1.5 We store information about the groups where you are an administrator or owner, as well as your permissions in these groups. This is necessary to grant access to the bot's administrative features in those chats.
2. What We Do Not Do with Personal Information:
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not sell your data to any companies or services.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not store messages from your chats.
• We do not have access to your phone number, contacts, or confidential Telegram data.
• We do not track your behavior outside of our bot.
All data processing is limited to what is necessary for the proper functioning of the bot and providing you with the declared features.
3. Data Protection Rights under GDPR
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data.
• You can request a full copy of the information or only the parts that interest you.
• You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

• You have the right to remove the bot from your chat at any time.
• You have the right to block the bot in a private chat at any time.
4. 📋 TERMS OF USE OF PR GRAM
🔹 General Provisions and Requirements for Performers A Performer is a user who completes tasks and is obligated to follow these rules:
4.1 Do not unsubscribe from channels, chats, or bots that you subscribed to by completing a task for 7 days. If you unsubscribe early, the amount earned from the task will be deducted from your balance.
⏳ You will have 24 hours to restore the subscription. If not done:
🚫 access to new tasks will be blocked for 7 days
💸 and an additional penalty equal to the deducted reward will be imposed.
4.2 Using auto-clickers, user bots, scripts, or any other automation tools to complete tasks is prohibited.
4.3 Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot to enrich your balance or cause harm to the bot’s functionality is prohibited. If you discover an error, please report it to the administration.
4.4 Intentionally violating the conditions of "reaction" or "bot" type tasks, such as sending screenshots that do not meet the task's requirements to receive rewards without actually completing the task, is prohibited.
4.5 Once a task is published, it is prohibited to modify its content in a way that violates the rules, particularly in terms of prohibited topics outlined in Section 5.1.
🔹 Rules and Requirements for Advertisers
5.1 It is prohibited to advertise content that violates the law or Telegram’s rules, including:
• Violence, cruelty, or incitement to violence;
• Incitement to hatred, racism, discrimination, or intolerance;
• Cults, pseudo-religious movements, fanaticism;
• Pornography, erotica, nudity, or any form of sexual content;
• Promotion of drugs, alcohol, weapons;
• Fraudulent projects, financial pyramids, scams, fake giveaways.
5.2 It is prohibited to create misleading or manipulative tasks, including:
• Tasks with fake conditions;
• Masked advertising links to content that violates rule 5.1;
• Promises of non-existent bonuses or rewards;
• Changing the content of a task after publication (especially to prohibited topics).
🔹 Task Management and Coin Refunds
5.3 Advertisers have the option to delete or suspend their tasks at any time. If a task is deleted, unused coins will be returned to the balance without a commission fee.
5.4 The advertiser can change the reward for completing a task at any time. Price changes do not affect already completed tasks and apply only to new performers.
5.5 In the case of an early unsubscription by the performer before 7 days, the coins spent on them will be automatically refunded to the task’s balance.
6. 💸 Donations and In-App Currency
6.1 All donations are made on a voluntary basis and are non-refundable.
6.2 We do not provide a direct withdrawal of coins into real money or digital currency.
6.3 Selling in-app currency to other users is prohibited.
6.4 In the event of fraud, scams, or intentional deception of users, the administration reserves the right to temporarily block or completely restrict access to the service without prior notice.
7. Subscription Verification Feature Usage Rules
7.1 Administrators of Telegram chats using the subscription verification feature through our bot are fully responsible for its usage. It is prohibited to use the bot to promote channels or chats that contain:
• Violence, cruelty, or incitement to violence;
• Incitement to hatred, racism, discrimination, or intolerance;
• Cults, pseudo-religious movements, fanaticism;
• Pornography, erotica, nudity, or any form of sexual content;
• Promotion of drugs, alcohol, weapons;
• Fraudulent projects, scams, fake giveaways.
7.2 We reserve the right to restrict or completely block access to the bot’s features in chats that violate these rules, engage in fraud or deception of participants, or contain prohibited content as outlined in Section 7.1.
8.Blocking, Access Restrictions, and Penalties
8.1 The administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the bot’s features for users or chats that violate the service’s rules.
8.2 For severe or repeated rule violations, including:
• Selling or attempting to sell in-app currency;
• Deceiving other users;
• Abusing tasks or the bot;
• Posting prohibited content;
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities;
8.3 The following penalties may be applied:
• Temporary blocking
• Permanent blocking of an account or chat
• Cancellation of in-app balance (either full or partial)
• Ban on creating or ccompleting tasks
• Restrictions on access to certain bot features
8.4 For minor violations or accidental infractions, the administration may allow early unblocking for a symbolic contribution (in in-app currency or through a donation). The terms of such unblocking are determined by the administration individually.
8.5 The administration is not required to provide a warning before blocking or to explain each restriction case. In the event of serious violations, the decision is made immediately and without discussion.
