Preparation of customs entry and payment of duties in general the following information must be provided to custom authorities

Consignee

Shipper

person or company submitting the entry

if not the consignee above you will write the arrival details and the airway number

No of packages

Place of importation

description of goods according to customs tariff headings

Quantity of goods

applicable rate of duty for each heading

Total area of goods and other charges

goods imported on a temporary basis for a subsequent re-export after repair

demonstration or processing etc must be re declared at the time of export so that the duty paid on import can be re imported to the import depending upon the local regulations

Bonded Warehouse

Many goods are imported into a country and removed to a bonded warehouse for storage and distribution

However until the government duties have been paid , these goods are not available in the local market
