Rules for New Guests at Punch & Gun Resort

🏡 Welcome to Punch & Gun Resort!

We are delighted to welcome you to our cozy and comfortable resort on Koh Phangan island. To make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please carefully read our main house rules.

📋 Check-in Duties

🎥 Please record a video of the house condition on your first day: walls, furniture, plumbing, windows, and appliances. This protects both you and us.
⚙️ Check that all appliances work properly — air conditioner, internet, stove, shower, lighting, sockets.
📲 If you notice any issues, immediately contact manager Ivan (@Ivan_number1).
🧹 For cleaning and linen change, contact cleaner @donut112539 (Telegram).

Cleaning — 500 THB (including linen change)
Linen change without cleaning — 200 THB
Laundry — 40 THB/kg

🏠 Check-out Duties

⏳ Notify the manager at least 2–3 days prior to departure.
🔍 The manager will inspect the house and compare it with your check-in video.
🧼 The house must be clean and tidy as at check-in.
💰 If all is well — the deposit will be fully refunded.
⚠️ In case of damage or missing items, the amount will be deducted from the deposit after negotiation.

🌿 Main House Rules

🐶 Pets allowed only after approval and with a 10,000 THB deposit.
🎉 Parties are prohibited; guests may use the pool and visit only in the tenant’s presence.
🔇 Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
🚭 Smoking and open flames (candles, incense) are prohibited indoors.
🪑 No rearranging or removing furniture between houses, no attaching or drilling on walls without permission.
If furniture (e.g., chairs) is damaged, you can order a replacement yourself via Lazada.

Torn upholstery or damaged furniture must be replaced.
Please be careful and do not damage furniture or bedding.

🏊 Pool Rules

The pool is slippery, so children must not run near it — this is dangerous and can cause injuries.
No littering near the pool. Please clean up after yourself and keep the area tidy.

🛵 Parking Rules

Parking or riding bikes on the lawn is prohibited.
Violations incur a 100 USD (~3,000 THB) fine for damaging the lawn.
During the rainy season, when parking floods, bikes may be parked near the houses.
Otherwise, bikes must be parked only in the covered parking area at designated spots.

🛵 Rental of Bikes and Cars

Renters must make a detailed video on the first day, showing all scratches, dents, and defects.
Vehicles must be clean and in good condition upon return.
The manager inspects vehicles at return.
Renters are responsible for any new damages.

🪑 Equipment and Furniture in the Houses

Each house includes:

Desk and chair
Bedding set
Air conditioner and fan
Mirror and night lamp
Bathroom: sink, shower, toilet
Various shelves for belongings
Kitchen equipped with:

Induction stove (instructions can be found here)
Refrigerator
Microwave
Blender (fruit shaker)
Quality cookware and utensils

Monitor for laptop work (not in all houses)
Television

⚠️ Warning: The sink in the toilet is very fragile and has no support. Even a slight pressure can break it. Please do not lean on it and handle with care. There have been cases of damage.

💳 Payment and Deposit

All payments go directly to the owner.
Damages are deducted from the deposit.
