📄Rules of providing the Chargeback service📄

If the customer fills out the form, he automatically agrees to the points listed below.


Methods of payment - prepayment/escrow.
Minimal fee- 200$ to our side
Up to 1000 - 35% 1000-2500 - 30% 2500+ - 25-27%
Percentages can vary both ways depending on the bank and complexity of your case, discuss in advance with @radostnyy_chargeback.


The order of work:

1) The client pays the fee (deposit), after which the service launches a dispute with the bank. The money is considered fully frozen until the end of the dispute resolution, regardless of its outcome.
The work depends on the specific bank and case. In some cases, withdrawal of bank account is necessary.
The client agrees to pay for the case submission before arbitration and the arbitration itself (if there are such payments in the bank).

2) In case of successful chargeback, the transaction is considered finalized.

3) In case of unsuccessful chargeback, our service resubmits the application (if there is such a possibility + confidence on successful chargeback), if the dispute is lost finally - the client returns all 100% of the invested funds from the deposit (except for situations described in 5 and 6 sections).

4) Refund of 100% of the deposit is possible if the failure of the chargeback occurred due to:
1. Service deficiencies (submitting an application with errors, typos, etc.).
2. Untimely responses of the service to the bank.
3. Losing for reasons other than those described in the 5th point (see below).

5) Refund of 50% of the deposit is possible in the following situations:
1. Denial of service in the bank
2. Suspicious activity
3. Suspicion of fraudulent activities
4. Ftid\lit\rts deleted from the track during an open chargeback.

6) Deposit refund is not possible if:
1. The customer fails to give timely answers and provide all necessary data/documents in time.
2. The bank has requested additional documents and data from the customer for the dispute, and the customer does not notify the service in time and does not provide the required data/documents.
3. There were attempts to change the password on accounts that were transferred to the executor or any other manipulations with the purpose of stealing refund methods, templates for drawing, etc.
4. There were attempts to cheat the service.
5. The client refuses to cooperate after the start of work (filling out the form).

7) Ignorance of the rules does not release from responsibility.

8) The service has the right to refuse to work without explanation.
