📄Rules of work with Radostnyy Refund Service📄

1. Getting started

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility!

2. Data transfer
2.1 Do not use personal mail, as the service take email for the entire process of refund.
2.2 When transferring data from email/shop/Paypal, the customer agrees to disable two-factor verification and log out of the account.
2.3 When the account is transferred to work, all further procedures for performing refunds/replacements are handled by our service. The transfer of data to third parties is prohibited.
2.4 Once the account has been transferred to eBay or Amazon, it will not be given back to you. The account will be deactivated after the refund.

2.5 Refund process is irreversible. In case you want to stop the process of refund AFTER the data transfer - the service has the right to demand compensation or full payment of the service fee.

2.6 Service has the right not to return email/shop/Paypal accounts.

3 Payment for services
3.1 Payment for completed work is accepted within 12 hours from the moment of receiving the confirmation letter about the refund/replacement. PAYMENT - BTC/USDT/LTC/other crypto. Be prepared that failure to fulfill this condition will result in the refund/replacement being canceled and your data being handed over to the police. I do my part of the work, be kind and you do your part.

4 Responsibility of the service
Service is not responsible for:
4.1 your reships, drops, buyers, etc.
4.2 lost packs in transit, for packs delivered to the wrong address, etc.
4.3 bans, holds, limits on your accounts
4.4 sellers on eBay from whom you order.
4.5 failure to refund. The service does its best and fights to the end for a successful refund, but is not responsible in case of failure. Refund is not a 100% method and a lot of things do not depend on us.

5. Prohibited:
5.1 Attempts to change passwords on accounts that have been given to our services.
5.2 Any other manipulations with the purpose of stealing refund methods, templates for drawing, etc.
5.3 Any attempts to cheat the service.
5.4 Any insults towards the service.
5.5 Use the electronics ordered under the Ref before the end of the Refund process.
5.6 Transfer of mail/shop/Paypal data to third parties.
The service has the right to various sanctions in the direction of the client, if he commits prohibited actions.

5.7 Interrupt the refund process by the service after data transfer ( Point 2.5)

6. Service has the right to refuse to work without explanation.
