📄Rules for providing the guarantor service📄

By posting an ad in the service chat and/or using the services of the Guarantor @Radostnyy, the user automatically agrees to the following terms:

1. General rules

1.1 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

1.2 Violation of the rules is punishable by a warning/ban/closure of the transaction in the other direction.

1.3 The guarantor has the right to refuse to work without explanation.

1.4 The guarantor is an uninterested third party in the transaction who is responsible for ensuring a fair and safe transaction in which the rules set by the parties to the transaction are observed.

1.5 The guarantor is not responsible for the parties to the transaction.

1.6 In the event of disputes/arbitrations, the Guarantor has the right to make a verdict at its discretion if the rules described by the participants are insufficient.

1.7 The transaction is conducted according to the rules approved by the buyer and seller BEFORE payment and the start of work. The rules cannot be changed during the transaction by the participants themselves, only by the Guarantor if necessary (if the participants themselves are unable to agree due to vague rules in the transaction).

1.8 In the event of a canceled transaction, the Guarantor has the right to retain 50-100% of the commission.

2. Transaction Procedure

2.1 Both parties to the transaction write to the guarantor in private messages, and the guarantor provides a link to join the transaction chat to approve the terms. The guarantor must create a transaction group in order to secure the transaction in case one of the parties wants to delete their messages. The guarantor does not join transaction groups created by the participants.

2.2 Next, one of the parties to the transaction (preferably the buyer) draws up the terms of the transaction, which are adjusted in case of disagreement by the other party to the transaction. It is important to specify all the terms. The terms are drawn up according to the following template:

1) Buyer's nickname
2) Seller's nickname
3) Transaction amount in the payment currency in EUR/USD (excluding the cost of the guarantor's services) + preferred cryptocurrency for payment
4) Nickname of the participant who pays the guarantor's commission
5) Description of the goods/services, requirements for the goods/services
6) What will be the proof of successful completion of the transaction?
7) Is a hold on the transfer of funds to the seller required? For how long? Reason?
8) Any other important information regarding the transaction
2.3 After reviewing and agreeing to all terms of the transaction, the buyer receives payment details from the guarantor and transfers funds to the guarantor's account in the amount of the transaction and the cost of the guarantor's services.

2.4 The guarantor confirms receipt of funds in the account, notifies the buyer, and gives the go-ahead for the transaction.

2.5 The seller fulfills their obligations to the buyer, notifying the guarantor. If the guarantor's assistance is required in the correct structuring of the work process, the participants shall inform the guarantor of this in advance.

2.6 The buyer checks the quality and declared characteristics, after which they notify both parties of the results.

2.7 If the buyer has no valid claims against the goods/services, the guarantor transfers the funds to the seller's account.

2.8 If the buyer has claims, the guarantor requests evidence, refers to the terms of the transaction, and makes a decision on the transfer of funds in accordance with them. If the terms of the transaction are insufficient to make a decision, the Guarantor closes the case at its discretion, providing arguments.

2.9 Any cryptocurrency can be used as a payment system. It is preferable to use coins with low network fees for sending, such as USDT TRC20, USDT BEP-20, LTC, ETH. All network fees are paid by the parties to the transaction.

2.10 When conducting a transaction, each User undertakes to take photos/videos of the transaction in progress (transfer of goods, communication, agreement on terms, etc.).

3. What is prohibited?

3.1. Profanity, insults to participants and/or the Guarantor. Sanctions in the form of closing the transaction in the other direction are possible.

3.2 Attempts to mislead participants and/or the Guarantor are prohibited. Sanctions in the form of closing the transaction in the other direction are possible.

4. Arbitration

4.1 Arbitration is conducted only for transactions conducted through the Guarantor @Radostnyy.

4.2 The arbitration decision is final.

4.3 The Guarantor has the right to close the transaction in either direction with a brief justification of the decision.

4.4 If one of the parties does not respond within 72 hours, the transaction is closed in favor of the other party.

4.5 If one of the parties blocks the other party or the Guarantor during arbitration, the transaction is closed in favor of the other party. If one of the parties refuses or is unable to provide any evidence to the other party or the Guarantor during arbitration, the transaction shall be closed in favor of the other party.

4.6 If one of the parties attempts to “bribe,” “deceive,” or “adjudicate” during arbitration, the transaction shall be closed in favor of the other party.

4.7 If one of the parties treats the Guarantor disrespectfully during arbitration, the Guarantor has the right to close the transaction in favor of the other party.

4.8 If both parties do not have sufficient evidence, the transaction will be closed 50/50 or at the discretion of the Guarantor.
