1. Первый запуск и базовые шаги

  • Первый запуск: При первом запуске программа может перезагрузить ПК несколько раз. После перезагрузки снова откройте программу и продолжайте.
  • Ввод ключа: Введите ключ, нажав ПКМ → вставьте → нажмите Enter.
  • Cleaner (очистка): Программа может предложить использовать встроенную очистку.
    • Нажмите «Да», если ранее на этом ПК был БАН АККАУНТА от EAC.
    • Нажмите «Нет», если очистка уже выполнялась и/или система чистая.
  • Spoof: После очистки вам предложит выбрать spoofer EAC или spoofer
    • Для Rust/Fortnite/Arc Raiders и прочих игр с античитом Easy Anticheat используем EAC spoofer
    • Для прочих игр используем spoofer

2. Примечание для Fortnite

  • Для Fortnite используйте AppleCleaner.exe вместо встроенного cleaner:
    • Выберите Fortnite.
    • Отметьте необходимые пункты.
    • Нажмите Clean.
    • Перезагрузите ПК.
    • Запустите спуфер снова.

3. Ошибки и их решение

  • AES instruction set is not supported
    • Причина: процессор не поддерживает AES-инструкции или AES отключён в BIOS.
      • Решение: проверьте настройки BIOS и включите AES (если доступно).
  • Please enable AHCI disk mode in BIOS
    • Причина: дисковый режим не AHCI (IDE/RAID и др.).
      • Решение: включите AHCI в BIOS/UEFI и отключите IDE/RAID (если они включены).
  • Please unload a third-party hypervisor
    • Решение: Перезагрузите ПК. Если не помогло — отключите/удалите программы, которые используют Hyper-V/гипервизор.
  • Failed to init render
    • Решение: отключите встроенную графику (iGPU) в BIOS.
  • Failed to delete hvax.exe (1)
    • Решение: удалите hvax64 вручную.
  • Please disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology
    • Решение (общие рекомендации):
      • Если включён IRST/RAID — отключите в BIOS/UEFI.
      • Если IRST/RAID уже отключён, но ошибка осталась: найдите службы/драйверы, начинающиеся с iaStor (DriverView / ProcessHacker) и отключите их.
      • Замена Intel AHCI на стандартный MS AHCI (если требуется):
        • Откройте Диспетчер устройств.
        • Раскройте Контроллеры IDE ATA/ATAPI.
        • ПКМ по Intel SATA AHCI → Обновить драйвер. Просмотреть мой компьютер → Позвольте мне выбрать.
        • Выберите Стандартный контроллер SATA AHCI → Далее.
  • SPACES disk is present
    • Решение: отключите Storage Spaces (Панель управления → Storage Spaces).
      • ⚠ Внимание: отключение Storage Spaces может затронуть данные в пулах.
  • Error 0x302
    • Решение: перезагрузите ПК и повторите попытку.
  • Intel VT-x/VMX/SVM is not supported
    • Решение: Запустите PowerShell от имени администратора и выполните: Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned Перезагрузите ПК и повторите.
  • Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS
    • Решение: включите Intel VT-x в BIOS.
  • Please enable AMD-V (SVM) in BIOS
    • Решение: включите AMD SVM (AMD-V) в BIOS.
  • Failed to load dependencies

  • Unsupported Nvidia driver version
    • Решение: обновите драйвер NVIDIA через GeForce Experience / NVIDIA App.
  • Failed to download font (-5)
    • Решение: установите шрифт вручную в: C:\Windows\Fonts
  • Failed to load dependencies (1)(-5)
    • Решение: Примените reg-файл (если выдан поддержкой). Перезагрузите ПК и повторите.
  • Loader crashing in 1–3 seconds after launch
    • Решение: установите необходимые компоненты (по ссылке от поддержки).
  • Failed to allocate/map memory
    • Решение: Убедитесь, что установлено минимум 16 GB RAM. Отключите лишнее в Диспетчер задач → Автозагрузка, перезагрузите ПК. Убедитесь, что программа запущена локально, не из OneDrive/Mega/облака. Проверьте автозапуск Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run (не меняйте лишнего).
  • Either virtual or RAID disk is present
    • Решение: Отключите виртуальные диски/RAID в BIOS. Отключите IRST/RST (если доступно). При необходимости отключите службы/драйверы iaStor. Если не помогает — переустановка Windows.
  • Failed to download files(1)
    • Решение: Повторите попытку или обновите Windows.
  • MAPPER error
    • Решение: Понизьте/обновите версию Windows или сборку. Если не помогло — используйте “чистую” исходную Windows без кастомизаций.
  • No available servers were found
    • Решение: Проверьте новости в Discord (возможны техработы). При необходимости используйте VPN.
  • Unsupported firmware
    • Решение: Преобразуйте системный диск в GPT через mbr2gpt или утилиты управления дисками.

1. First launch & basic steps

  • First launch:
    On the first launch, the program may reboot your PC several times. After each reboot, open the program again and continue.
  • Key input:
    Enter your key by Right Click → Paste → press Enter.
  • Cleaner (cleanup):
    The program may offer to use the built-in cleaner.
    • Press “Yes” if this PC had bans from EAC before.
    • Press “No” if the cleaner was already used and/or the system is clean.
  • Spoof:
    After cleaning, you will be asked to choose a spoofer: EAC or spoofer.
    • For Rust / Fortnite / Arc Raiders and other games with Easy Anti-Cheat, use EAC spoofer.
    • For other games, use spoofer.

2. Fortnite note

For Fortnite, use AppleCleaner.exe instead of the built-in cleaner:

  • Select Fortnite
  • Tick the required options
  • Click Clean
  • Reboot the PC
  • Launch the spoofer again

3. Errors & fixes

AES instruction set is not supported

  • Cause: CPU doesn’t support AES instructions, or AES is disabled in BIOS.
  • Fix: Check BIOS settings and enable AES (if available).

Please enable AHCI disk mode in BIOS

  • Cause: Disk mode is not AHCI (IDE/RAID, etc.).
  • Fix: Enable AHCI in BIOS/UEFI and disable IDE/RAID (if enabled).

Please unload a third-party hypervisor

  • Fix: Reboot your PC. If it doesn’t help, disable/uninstall software that uses Hyper-V / a hypervisor.

Failed to init render

  • Fix: Disable integrated graphics (iGPU) in BIOS.

Failed to delete hvax.exe (1)

  • Fix: Delete hvax64 manually.

Black Screen once in a while (Delta Force/ABI)

  • Fix: Update Windows to the latest version.

Please disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology

  • Fix (general recommendations):
    • If IRST/RAID is enabled — disable it in BIOS/UEFI.
    • If IRST/RAID is already disabled but the error remains: find services/drivers starting with iaStor (DriverView / ProcessHacker) and disable them.
    • Replace Intel AHCI with standard MS AHCI (if required):
      1. Open Device Manager
      2. Expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
      3. Right-click Intel SATA AHCI → Update driver
      4. Browse my computer → Let me pick
      5. Select Standard SATA AHCI Controller → Next

SPACES disk is present

  • Fix: Disable Storage Spaces (Control Panel → Storage Spaces).
  • ⚠ Warning: Disabling Storage Spaces can affect data stored in storage pools.

Error 0x302

  • Fix: Reboot your PC and try again.

Intel VT-x/VMX/SVM is not supported

  • Fix: Run PowerShell as Administrator and execute:
    Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
    Reboot and try again.

Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS

  • Fix: Enable Intel VT-x in BIOS.

Please enable AMD-V (SVM) in BIOS

  • Fix: Enable AMD SVM (AMD-V) in BIOS.

Failed to load dependencies

  • Fix: Disable/uninstall conflicting security software, reboot, and launch again.

Unsupported Nvidia driver version

  • Fix: Update NVIDIA driver via GeForce Experience / NVIDIA App.

Failed to download font (-5)

  • Fix: Install the font manually to:
    C:\Windows\Fonts

Failed to load dependencies (1)(-5)

  • Fix: Apply the .reg file (if provided by support), reboot, and try again.

Loader crashing in 1–3 seconds after launch

  • Fix: Install required components (from the support link).

Failed to allocate/map memory

  • Fix:
    • Make sure you have at least 16 GB RAM
    • Disable unnecessary startup apps (Task Manager → Startup), reboot
    • Run the program locally (not from OneDrive/Mega/cloud)
    • Check autostart: Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run (don’t change anything unnecessary)

Either virtual or RAID disk is present

  • Fix:
    • Disable virtual disks/RAID in BIOS
    • Disable IRST/RST (if available)
    • If needed, disable iaStor services/drivers
    • If it still doesn’t help — reinstall Windows

Failed to download files(1)

  • Fix: Try again or update Windows.

MAPPER error

  • Fix: Downgrade/upgrade Windows version or build. If it doesn’t help, use a clean official Windows (no custom builds/tweaks).

No available servers were found

  • Fix: Check Discord announcements (maintenance may be in progress). If needed, use a VPN.

Unsupported firmware

  • Fix: Convert the system disk to GPT using mbr2gpt or disk management tools.
