17-NOV-2017 Обновление PIC 4020
18 Ноября 2017 вступают в силу обновления в PIC4020. Суть изменений заключается в увеличении с 12 месяцев до 10 лет периода проверки подлинности документов и информации в отношеннии текущего визового заявления, либо предыдущих визовых заявлений, предоставленных на рассмотрение Министру Иммиграции, Делегату уполномоченному Министром Иммиграции или соотвествующему подразделению Трибунала. При этом правило действует и в отношении тех визовых заявлений, по которым было вынесено отказное решение (отказ в гранте визы). Визовые заявления поданные на рассмотрение в Департамент Иммиграции до 18 Ноября 2017 года не попадают под действие данных обновлений.

(1) There is no evidence before the Minister that the applicant has given, or caused to be given, to the Minister, an officer, the Tribunal during the review of a Part 5-reviewable decision, a relevant assessing authority or a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth, a bogus document or information that is false or misleading in a material particular in relation to:
(a) the application for the visa; or
(b) a visa that the applicant held in the period of 12 months before the application was made

Omit “in the period of 12 months”, substitute “, or applied for, in the period of 10 years”.

6702 Operation of Schedule 2
(1) The amendments of Schedules 1, 2 and 4 to these Regulations made by Schedule 2 to the Migration Legislation Amendment (2017 Measures No. 4) Regulations 2017 apply in relation to an application for a visa made on or after 18 November 2017.
