Rules of work
The basic rules of the service are presented below. We kindly ask you to carefully read all the points in order to avoid misunderstandings in the process of interacting with the service.
📕 1. Basic rules:
- When using our service, a customer automatically agrees to the established service rules and to carry out them.
- The administration is not responsible for the quality of obligations fulfillment by your freight forwarders, drops, buyers and etc.
- We are not responsible for the loss of your parcels in the transit zone, for delivery to the wrong address and etc.
- We are not responsible for blocking, freezing, setting limits and other restrictions on your accounts.
- Upon completion of the deal, the administration has the right not to transfer the account back to a customer.
- The administration has the right to request an advance payment from a customer or to conduct a deal through a middleman service. You can find detailed conditions for interacting with our service through a middleman in the article: "Middleman of the deal".
- The administration has the right to refuse a customer to provide the services.
- The administration has the right to block a customer in case of suspected fraud.
- Our service does not work with CIS shops, marketplaces and etc. In the section: "Ordering conditions" you can find a list of the stores we work with.
🚫 2. Prohibited:
- Since the deal it is prohibited to make any attempts to change the password, mail and other data, as well as deletion of any data on the account that the customer has provided us for work.
- Since the deal it is prohibited to share account and other details to the third party.
- It is prohibited to refuse providing additional information about the account and/or order at the request of the administration in the process of fulfilling the terms of the deal. In case of refusal, the deal will be closed.
- Direct or indirect offence of the service staff are prohibited.
📦 Suitable products for refund:
Distinguishing features of products that are suitable for refund are their seller and sender.
If you have already placed an order that is being sold and/or shipped by another companies, we can still try to make a refund, but the success rate decreases.
⚠️ Dear users, the rules can be changed at any time by the project administration. Ignorance of the rules does not absolve you from responsibility. The administration can notify about changes in the established rules and regulations by sending information in our news channel, however, this action is performed on a voluntary basis and is not an obligation to customers.
