Refund - complex process of getting moneyback that requires experience from both the customer and the contractor. Therefore, despite all the well-established automated processes, we strongly recommend you to keep in touch with support during the execution process of your order due to make a successful refund.

Working process:

You can order the service personally through the administration.

• During the registration of the service, it is required to transfer full access and data from the account on which you want to receive a refound. For the work itself, the following data will be required: mail, mail password, login and password from the store, cookies and proxy (if available).
• The timeframes can be found in the article "Timeframes".
• Upon completion of the work, you are provided with information about the results. Payment must be made immediately after a successful refund through the administration of the service.

Fee:

The fee of the work directly depends on the service you need. If it will be a full-fledged ordering + refund - this is one fee. Just ordering or refund - other amount.
