The turnaround time for each order varies and can range from 1 hour to 30 working days. Everything is individual and depends on the following factors:

• What service is being provided?
• What's the status of your parcel?
• Your account status (whether there have been any blockages, restrictions, account creation date, number of purchases and etc.)
• Have there been any independent attempts at refunding? (or by others)

You will receive a notification with proof of completion once your order has been completed. At the discretion of the administration, verification of our work can be done by logging into your account personally, or by a screenshot of a successful refund from us. After receiving notification from the administration - you must immediately pay for the rendered service.

Payment shall be made to the provided details and in the specified currency.
