As already mentioned in the article "How we work?", refunding is a complex process that requires experience and is highly dependent on the human factor of both a contractor and a client. That is why we try to keep a client as informed as possible during the order process, and also keep full control over every stage of the refunding process.
If something goes wrong in the process of work and after using all methods of refund a final result we will not achieve, you should not be upset because you will not be left without the ordered items.
⚠️ Unfortunately, none of the existing services can guarantee 100% success rate, so if you want to earn a lot, we recommend you to work with turnover, i.e. several orders at once. This will minimise your risks and losses.
