We are looking for a hands-on Lead Go Developer to lead backend engineering and contribute directly to the development of scalable, high-load systems.
You will combine strong Go development skills with technical leadership, driving engineering decisions, improving system architecture, and collaborating with Product and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
- Design and evolve microservices and distributed systems.
- Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering practices.
- Plan technical solutions and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and business stakeholders.
- Work on complex integrations and AI-related implementations.
- 3+ years of commercial Go development experience.
- 2+ years in a Lead / Tech Lead role or equivalent technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on backend development background.
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Go concurrency: goroutines, channels.
- REST API and/or gRPC.
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
- Docker, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
- Experience building scalable, high-load systems.
- Background in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Payments, or complex enterprise integrations.
- Practical experience with AI/ML/LLM integration or AI-powered products.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- English: C1 or higher.
You are still actively coding, have at least 2 years of technical leadership experience, can make architectural decisions, and are comfortable taking ownership of backend engineering beyond individual tasks.
Please note: This is a hands-on technical leadership position, not a purely managerial role.
