Marketing Automation Specialist (Fintech)

RELOCATION TO CYPRUS

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home.

HFM is a multi-asset broker providing trading tools, platforms, and services to traders worldwide.

Develop and execute data-driven campaigns across client lifecycle stages, including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, education, and loyalty.
Plan and manage CRM strategy and build multi-stage, omnichannel customer journeys.
Create behavioral and demographic segmentation, dynamic content, conditional logic, and localized customer journeys.
Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM platforms and data structures using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Optimove, Solitics, or similar tools.
Monitor campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and connect CRM activity to business KPIs.
Run A/B and multivariate tests and optimize journeys to improve conversion, activation, ROI, and retention.

Up to 2 years of hands-on CRM experience building and launching omnichannel marketing automation campaigns in the Forex industry.
Understanding of client behavior, regulatory requirements, industry dynamics, lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, and data-driven CRM.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Solitics, or Optimove.
Strong analytical, project management, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
English fluency is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
