Senior Project Manager (Gamedev)

RELOCATION TO CYPRUS | SCOREWARRIOR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Cyprus, focused on the cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game Total Battle.

Plan and organize development within a cross-functional team of 20–25 people to ensure timely feature delivery.
Translate feature concepts into actionable plans, manage sprints, and coordinate between internal teams and external contributors.
Identify and remove blockers, maintain stakeholder transparency, and optimize development processes using metrics.
Design systems for measuring development effectiveness to improve both speed and quality.
Participate in hiring and building a strong, balanced team to support long-term product goals.

Must be willing to relocate to Cyprus for on-site work in Limassol.
Experience driving feature delivery in a live game environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong people management skills including hiring, assessment, and development.
Ability to work with data to enhance development processes and production pipelines.
Proficiency with task management software and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Professional background as a Project Manager in game development, specifically on live games.
In-depth understanding of game production pipelines including client/server development, art, QA, and live operations.
