Project Manager (Biotechnology)

RELOCATION TO SWITZERLAND

Location: Visp, Switzerland. Office-first hybrid role with remote work permitted for 20% of the time, equivalent to one day per week. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Identify critical organizational issues and lead strategic analysis, solution design, and improvement implementation.
• Prioritize short-, medium-, and long-term improvements with senior stakeholders and according to customer needs.
• Lead decision-making with stakeholder groups, including site leadership.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and delivery structures.
• Drive strategic change management across people, processes, and technology while leading a team of subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with local programs and other project managers, provide reporting and escalations, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, science, or business.
• Excellent German and fluent English.
• Solid project management experience, ideally with PMP or PRINCE2 certification, in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical GMP environment.
• Successful project delivery in complex environments, with strong analytical, business, time management, and synthesis skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT applications and key business processes.
• Project team leadership experience, including indirect reports.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma qualification.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing communications across multiple levels of a multinational organization.
