JAVA DEVELOPER
REMOTE EUROPE OR RELOCATION TO PL/CY
Location: Remote work is available for residents of Georgia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland. Hybrid work is available in KrakĂłw or Limassol. Relocation assistance is available to Poland or Cyprus, including visa, entry permit, and residence permit support.

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform rebuild.
- Modernize the platform architecture and underlying technologies.
- Clarify and challenge requirements from product owners, business analysts, and users.
- Defend technical proposals and ensure solutions handle varied issues and exceptional scenarios.
- Provide L2/L3 support for the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java programming experience, including Java Core and multithreading.
- Experience with Kafka or other real-time messaging systems.
- Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Python and strong analytical and reverse-engineering skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
