1044 leads 2 months for trucking services
A company providing cargo transportation services in the territory of the Russian Federation. The client had an active contextual advertising in Yandex Direct and Google Google Ads, but he was not satisfied with the number of applications, their cost and their quality.
The first thing we did was to audit the client's advertising offices.
We will not go into details, what errors were identified there, but the audit results were the following picture:
Number of requests per month - 50-70;
CPL - $12 (1000 RUB) ;
% of qualified requests (from the total mass) - 40%-50%.
The client wanted to receive 100-150 qualified requests per month not more expensive than $5 (400 RUB).
The first thing we did was to rebuild advertising campaigns.
We audited the usability of the site and saw that the site page on some mobile devices opened crookedly and was not readable, this point was also corrected.
The client rendered services on cargo transportation with weight from 287 kg, but at the same time a lot of requests came untargeted with a small weight.
We solved this problem by putting a script on the site in the form for the application, which did not allow you to enter a number smaller than 287 and gave an error.
After all the adjustments, settings, we launched advertising campaigns.
For 2 months of work on the project we managed to achieve the following results:
Number of leads (including calls) - 1044
Qualified leads - 835. (80% of the total number)
CPL (cost of qualified leads) - $4 (320 RUB).
Advertising budget - $3 400 (272 216 RUB).
