Why start the Rotten Apple blog?

It's simple. I have given up sharing the many bugs and issues with Apple products. As one of the very first Apple users back in the 1980s, I adopted Apple products again later in life only to find the company and its products in obvious decline.

Time and again Apple Support have urged me to give "Feedback" but the problem with this is there is so much feedback to give, that it'd take me many days of writing. And this would be unpaid time, just to help Apple, or, to end up being ignored.

So a much better way to help others to avoid Apple and to know the many reasons why, is for me to write this blog "Rotten Apple". It also allows me to release some of the massive amount of frustration that results from using Apple products.

If Apple want to improve, then it is simple, they can read this blog. If they really want to improve significantly, they can hire me for top dollar. I'm very experienced in usability and UX of software and hardware of all types. I'm retired but I'll consider an offer.

Back to reality, since this is not likely to happen, I hope you will find this blog useful. I have been musing for a long time about doing it and I hope I can remember even 10% of the problems with Apple to write about them one by one in the coming months.

Please share the address in your social media and also to Apple Feedback: https://teletype.in/@rotten-apple and please subscribe for free by joining.
