Apple Mail is Useless With SPAM
This will be just a short post. Avoid Apple for so many reasons, one of them is its primitive Mail program. As Apple likes to do, it tries to make things simple and dumb for everyone. The result is a very poor user experience when using Mail.
Apple thinks your own emails to your own group of friends that are you your mailing list, is SPAM. No matter how many times you correct it and click "Not spam, move to inbox", it forever thinks your own mail is spam.
One might think Apple would not consider emails from its own company to be spam. Think again. Those blue highlighted emails — the ONLY emails Apple considers worthy of highlighting and therefore surely safe — end up in the junk folder.
I might have had to mark one of those annoying Emails from the Developer program, don't get me started on Apple's Developers program that'll be for another future post, as spam, but is sure learnt quick. They all end up in the SPAM folder.
One might think that as the Apple SPAM filter, which you clearly have no control over as with all things apple, is so strict that no SPAM gets through. You'd be very wrong. Lots of spam gets through and lots of good emails go into the Junk folder.
You only ever find them there if you are lucky enough to look before they expire.
