Send your video of singing National Anthem

New Delhi: India is set to mark 75 years of its independence this year . Independence Day is a special day for every Indian. The Government of India has decided to celebrate Independence Day in a special way this year. The government has declared this year's Independence Day as "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav ". The government has also asked people to share a video of them singing the national anthem on the occasion.

My Gov India 's YouTube page has created a video titled 'Let's Sing the National Anthem', which provides a step-by-step description of the government's initiative and how people can participate in it. By recording this video individually or collectively, you can register on the official website Rastragaan.in and upload your own video (Upload Video singing National Anthem) .

According to the website, the video of the national anthem will be shown live on 15 August 2021 . Not only this, it will also give people the opportunity to choose the language of their choice and after filling up a form, one can upload his video to take part in the competition. Each participant will also receive a certificate upon completion of the process.

A statement on the website said 10 videos would be selected for the song to be launched on TV, radio, YouTube and social media platforms. In addition, many celebrities, including Indian Olympic medalists, sang the national anthem together and encouraged everyone to upload their videos on the website.
