Ladies and gentlemen, hereby I present you the Herring Under The Fur Coat. Behold!

Yep, sounds like a metal band name, but in fact it's another traditional Russian salad made with salted diced herring, onion, grated boiled potato, carrot and beetroot. Many Russians love multi layer mayo salads. Can't say this one is my favorite though.
