Instructions for purchasing and activating S-eSIM tariff in S-Group personal cabinet

Dear partners, you can use the updated functionality in your personal cabinet to join the S-eSIM international direction. We have prepared detailed instructions on how to purchase a tariff plan in the S-Group personal cabinet and further activate it in the S-eSIM mobile application.

Step 1: Installation of the mobile application and registration at S-eSIM

1. Download the S-eSIM mobile app from the App Store or Google Play marketplaces.
2. Register an account in the mobile application using your e-mail. We recommend using the e-mail address with which your S-Group personal account is registered.
3. Enter the confirmation code that came to the specified email to activate the account.

Step 2: Purchasing a tariff plan in your S-Group personal cabinet

1. To purchase a tariff plan using SGCT tokens, go to the new section "S-eSIM" in your personal cabinet.

2. Click on the "Select a tariff plan" button.

3. In the pop-up window select the country and the desired tariff plan.

4. Click on the "Get a confirmation code" button.

5. In the "Confirmation of transaction" window, enter the confirmation code that will be sent to your email or Telegram.

6. Click the "Confirm" button to purchase a tariff plan for SGCT tokens.

Step 3: Activation of the tariff plan in the S-eSIM mobile application

1. Copy the activation code that will appear in the menu of the active tariff plan after its purchase.

Please note! The code is valid for 7 days after the tariff plan purchase.

2. Go to the "eSIM" tab in the S-eSIM mobile application.

3. Click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

4. Enter your tariff plan activation code in the relevant field.

5. Press the "Confirm" button to activate the purchased tariff plan in the mobile application.

6. Details of the active tariff plan will appear in the S-eSIM mobile application.

Step 4: Activation of eSIM on your smartphone

• After confirming your purchase, click on the "eSIM Install" button.
• You will be offered installation instructions both manually and by QR code.

We recommend using a QR code for faster installation. Here's how it works.

• Scan the QR code that is shown in the app. If you are installing an eSIM on the same smartphone, you can send the QR code to your mail, or email address, or save a photo and then insert it during future installation.
• Go to your smartphone settings and open the "Mobile Service" section.
• Click on the "Add eSIM" button.
• Tap on the "Use QR code" button.

• Scan the QR code if you sent it to another device, or click "Open Photos" if you saved the QR code to a gallery and select the QR code image.

• Click "Continue" to activate the eSIM.
• After activation, press the "Done" button.
• Open the eSIM menu and activate Data Roaming.

Done! The tariff plan is purchased and activated — stay connected!
