StreamFlow - review and thoughts on the project

Friends, in continuation of the beginning of the activity of posting all the activities of the project (https://teletype.in/@saival/streamflow_blog), I would like in addition to share my opinion and vision, as they say, "What is it about and why?"

So... Commonly known inputs are as follows: Streamflow is a token distribution platform. The project launches on the Solana blockchain.

The question is - what is the project created for, as they say "where are we going?"

The answer: simply - to make financial transactions in the crypto-world SIMPLE and UNDERSTANDING.

Sounds good. But still, "what is it about?"

How to facilitate something that is routine and constantly repeated in the financial sphere? Operations come to mind such as payments of salaries, say, it could be recurring payments to counterparties under long-term contracts, any other routine operations to pay for the organization (by the way, we are talking not only about organizations, but perhaps even about individuals!)

Observing "from the inside" the work of the accounting department (even a small one, what to say about large organizations!) One conclusion can be made - 50-70% of the activity is monotonous repetitive work, day in and day out.

In today's blockchain-enabled world, though, you can change/improve/optimize/make things work more efficiently. Of course, the most obvious example is with employee payroll:

"Okay, when you have 5-10 employees. But when you have more than 100? It's like "monkey jobs", to calculate and pay people's salaries on a monthly basis... It should have been automated a long time ago," one of the managers of a large organization told me recently.

That's what StreamFlow is all about, because it really helps you to work more efficiently.

This "feature" in the project is called "Payroll Streams".

Streamflow payments will save time and money by doing all the payroll, bypassing the banks and all the paperwork.

In order to set this up, all you need is a decentralized wallet account, funds for the transfer, and employee wallet addresses. That said, everything is transparent and in Blockchain. It's about time, in my opinion...

There is another scenario (I would call the direction) of the project: streaming token vesting

We all know that token vesting is a good thing. But if you look at the essence of the process from the other side (from the issuer side, so to speak), it's not so simple.

For example, the task is to distribute the vesting to the community and investors. For a minute, that's millions of tokens for tens (or even hundreds of thousands of people!)...

Question: and how do you imagine to do this manually?

The answer: that's right - it is extremely time consuming and cumbersome process with a lot of wasted time!

But using the function of token hosting by Streamflow, you get an opportunity to distribute tokens in an EASY and SAFE way. Again - automation, saving time and everything on the blockchain.

Again, in my mind, these 2 areas ALREADY make StreamFlow a cutting edge project. And after all, as it is supposed to be in cool projects - this is just the beginning! Next, they will develop multisig-wallet functions and simple batch payments.
