VPN, Proxy, TOR - how do you always stay anonymous on the Internet?

Hello, dear VPNtester users! Today I decided to tell you about such an interesting thing as anonymity on the Internet, tell you in simple language about VPN, Proxy and, of course, onion encryption TOR.

Proxy server

A proxy server is such an intermediary between you and the server you connect to. Let's imagine the picture: You connect directly to the site, it receives your IP and enters it to your database. We, as anonymous users, cannot tolerate this, so we need a computer that will become the middle of our request. That's the computer called the Proxy server.

It seems perfect, we don't distribute our IP, so law enforcement agencies won't be able to find us and send us to the bunks for our dashing deeds, but as if not. When working with a proxy, there are 2 quite significant disadvantages that make you think a little more about your security:

Proxy traffic is not encrypted in any way.
And who told you that the server owner won't tell you everything he knows about you at the first call from the FBI?

The proxy alone doesn't protect you in any way. In any case, it will be real to bypass some ban, let's say it will be possible to go to Facebook in countries where it's blocked, but it is not enough to really protect yourself one proxy.

VPN

VPN - Roughly speaking, it's already a much safer option. VPN always encrypts all your connections, no one will know your real IP address, but there is still the same problem! How do we know that the server creator will not merge our data into the FSB? Still, the use of VPN is much safer than using Proxy by encrypting traffic.

In any case, the VPN+Proxy bundle is already much more reliable. Most likely, you won't be found, except that you're very unlucky with either VPN or Proxy, although let's be realistic, in our countries the police are not looking for small scammers, and if they're looking for them, it's lonely cases (Even a stick shoots once a year).

And finally TOR. TOR onion routing - was developed by the U.S. military in the late 90s. The essence of the torus is this: Let's imagine what an onion is together? Yeah, I'm serious, just imagine her. Tor is about the same thing, at the beginning of your server path you encrypt your request many, many times, then it is sent to one of the network nodes, where each of these nodes removes the encryption layer and so until the request is fully decrypted.

Among the disadvantages, I can single out the speed of the Internet and the presence of crutches, but the system itself is brilliant. Let's now quickly run through various solutions that should in principle ensure our anonymity.

Proxy - as I said above - proxy is not 100% protection of your anonymity, you can hide your IP, but will a hidden IP help if they take you well? I doubt it.
Proxy + VPN is already better, but also does not guarantee your safety 100%.
Proxy + VPN + TOR - looks gorgeous. Like the armored scheme for me.
