671 leads at $3.19 (ROAS - 378%) in the construction niche

Work progress:

I was approached by a client who has his own company for the production and installation of stretch ceilings. They didn’t have a website and active social networks.

To begin with, we created a business page on Facebook, after an advertising account and then a business manager. We also created an Instagram profile. We filled these profiles with information and set about setting up an advertising campaign.

I decided to start an advertising campaign with the goal of Lead Form. Naturally, I chose the GEO that was agreed with the client, chose the interest “Interior Design”, the offers initially chose “1+1=3 Order two ceilings and get the third one as a gift”, “stretch ceilings from the manufacturer” and “the best price on the market from 5 $/sq.m.”. I also decided to test a selection with varieties of ceilings.

The offer “1+1=3” proved to be the best. The advertising campaign gave results for about 3-5 days and then went into decline. I had to change creatives often and test other offers.

As a result, I came to the conclusion that it is possible to launch 3 offers: “1+1=3. Order two ceilings and get the third one as a gift”, “Order a ceiling from us and get a chandelier and a cornice as a gift”, “Order a ceiling from us and get a ceiling in the bathroom and toilet as a gift”.

The first offer showed itself best, but sometimes leads came from the other two as well. I also indicated the price on the creatives - which was the best in this niche in this GEO.

Since the audience quickly got tired of advertising. We had to set up ads for similar people who left applications with us (LAL), periodically change “Interior Design” with interest and just launch it on a wide scale. I also periodically tried to use cats, jokes, girls in creatives. That is, he did everything to prevent the audience from getting bored and attract potential customers. Below is the creative that performed best:

We also tested the purpose of the Message, but there were correspondence, but there was no result from them. Therefore, I decided not to use this goal.

There were also a couple of nuances in processing leads that negatively affected the result, but for some reason no one wanted to work on this. Leads that came to us after 6 p. m. on weekdays were processed the very next day, and those that fell on weekends were processed on Monday. Therefore, most of these leads cooled down and were no longer of high quality for closing a deal.

As a result: For 3 months of work, 2138 $ were spent, 671 applications were received at a price of $ 3.19 from them 107 measurements. Which is a good indicator in this niche, since the average price for a niche is 5-6 $. It was possible to close 74 deals for $8,071. The client is satisfied with the result (ROAS - 378%), we continue to cooperate. There were days when there was just a blockage with leads.
