SAP Parts Provides Best Metal Face Seals in India

The new flexible fastening and unique locking pins on the sealing surface allow the seal to withstand vibration and excessive shaft deformation. Static and rotating seal parts exposed to the slurry are geometrically harmonized to minimize turbulent and secondary flow streams, reducing wear in high RPM applications. Patented design using elastomer located on the airside to protect against mud and barrier liquids to eliminate o-ring break problems or blockages. The design also accommodates axial fluctuations up to ± 1 mm, allowing operators to take advantage of SAP Part axis adjustment without resetting the assembly.

Unitized Metal Face Seals is supplied with metal parts of alloy steel and loader rings made of NBR60 material and seals the surface of unique alloy steel grade hardened to 62Hrc. Optional Material Options include metal components in High Chrome Moly alloy cast steel or Ni-Hard White cast iron. All special coatings are also available, which can be applied in corrosive and harsh environments.
