Crash game Aviatrix - there is a new game that has already proven mechanics called “sudden death”. It's very popular among players due to its simplicity and exciting gambling experience. Together with a unique b2b spread model and free transactions blockchain experience we hope to move Crypto adoption to the whole new level.
Team: Product Manager, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, QA Engineer, DevOps, Designer, Account Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Support Manager.
📶 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute innovative and digital marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market, with a special focus on affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and streamer collaborations.
- Identify and onboard strategic affiliates, influencers, and streamers in the LATAM region to expand our brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with affiliates and partners to optimize their performance, negotiate terms, and provide necessary marketing materials and support.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating marketing initiatives and sponsored content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of affiliate, influencer, and streamer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous optimization.
- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, supporting affiliate partners and maximizing their efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and streamer sponsorships in the LATAM region.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the LATAM region, ensuring our marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling and localised marketing materials, aligning with affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Occasional participation at gaming industry events.
💪EXPECTED SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships in the LATAM market, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including affiliate marketing strategies, influencer and streamer collaborations, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms) to track and interpret campaign performance data.
- Understanding of the LATAM market's cultural nuances, preferences, and regulatory landscape, specifically related to affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to effectively work with affiliates, influencers, and streamers in the LATAM region.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting to create engaging marketing materials for affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) to effectively communicate with international teams and partners.
- Interest in iGaming events, to be presentable and willing to travel (iGaming industry events, conferences etc.)
