We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the iGaming industry. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for the non-technical vacancies (Account Managers, Business Development roles, Product, Marketing etc.)
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the iGaming industry in different markets (EU, LATAM, UK, ASIA and etc.)
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the iGaming industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our company as the best employer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Create a top talent candidates pool.
- To be a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting talent for account manager and business development roles.
- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of different job roles, skill sets, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate assessment tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality regulations, ensuring candidate information is handled securely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and collaborate with internal.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ethical approach to recruitment, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- You can work remotely. Online meetings usually schedule from 11 to 17;
