β Resolving issues from clients;
β Transferring issues to tech dept;
β Providing help for other departments if needed.
β 0,5+ year of commercial experience in 1st/2nd line support or Help Desk;
β Capability to handle 12Β hours night shifts 2/2 (you will be solo on the shift);
β Attention to details and stress resistance;
β Strong Intermediate level of English;
β Fluent/Native Russian Speaker;
β Google Spreadsheets skills.
