Service Rules

✅ By submitting an application or starting work with the service, the client agrees to the conditions described below

1. Turning to us, the client (s) agrees that both parties may or may incur mutual risks and financial costs during operation, which is the reason for obtaining this consent and discussing costs on the part of the service

2. In the event of an irrevocable and final block of details, or a financial (having value) payment, exchange, bank, fund or any other account / verification, the client is warned of risks and agrees not to file a financial claim / arbitration / lawsuit / complaint with public groups, channels, forums and other means of communication being warned of a possible problem.

3. Account access and full data to them for the whole time of work should be at the service, in order to avoid manipulation of the account by third parties at the time of work on it. If during the work of the service an extraneous activity is noticed, or there are suspicions of its possibility, the service has the right to refuse to continue / end work due to possible future risks in mutual disputes. If at our own peril and risk we continue to work, the service declines all responsibility for possible force majeure, including theft of money on your account, its complete blocking, additional verification, which cannot be completed.

4. Due to the fact that some accounts and money for them can attract special attention from companies, unlock actions, verification can be protracted and increase the time during the manipulation process when releasing / withdrawing funds for an indefinite period. Everything that is additionally required for unlocking will be tested by the service when it is technically possible.,but we can increase the term of work, temporarily stop or completely interrupt work at any time.

5. The client agrees that he correctly indicated the data before submitting the statement and warned about the possible availability of access to the account of third parties, or the likelihood of this during the work, including from the support service (including the promise of a complete block for a specified period). If the opposite happens during the operation, the service will detect a mismatch of the data provided at the beginning, at any of its stages and after unlocking, the service will not be able to guarantee further unlocking due to changing circumstances, which will automatically lead to updating (changing) of the original agreements and, accordingly, reassessment of work. Upon detection of data hiding, the service reserves the right to leave unblocking actions at any time, regardless of the stage of work. And also write off the costs of covering service losses during operation due to mismatch of the source data without the consent of the applicant
