Terms of Use for the “Craft” Bot Service
By using the “Craft” Service through your Telegram account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
“Craft” provides access to artificial intelligence tools for automated text rewriting and other text-processing tasks via a Telegram bot.
User – any individual or organization using the Service.
Account – the User’s Telegram account used to access the Service.
Request – any text or message sent to the bot to generate a result.
By using the Service, you agree to:
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• not use the Service to create illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or copyright-infringing content;
• not share access to your account with third parties;
• not abuse the Service (e.g., excessive requests or attempts to disrupt the bot).
Some features are available only through paid subscription plans.
Payments are processed through payment systems available in the bot interface.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors.
The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated results.
Users are responsible for how they use the results provided by the Service.
The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect user data.
Information may be disclosed only if required by law or necessary for operating the Service.
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
The Administration may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
