Однажды я встретился со своим другом, в кафе. И он пожаловался, что он сделал заказ на интернет- площадке, а заказ теперь не отслеживается. Сначала, говорит , всё было хорошо и статусы и видно движение, но даже начались чудеса. Вот уже месяц, пожаловался Виктор, так зовут моего друга, о ней нет никаких известий. Даже статуса об экспорте не было. Я сначала не знал, что ему сказать и как ему помочь. Но потом ко мне в голову пришла замечательная идея. Я попросил его показать номер отслеживания. И когда я его увидел, то всё стало на своим места. Продавец отправил его заказ с ограниченным отслеживанием. Виктор, изменился в лице и спросил: Это, что ещё такое ?. Я ему ответил, если у тебя есть немного времени, давай возьмём ещё кофе и я тебе расскажу, что это и почему не стоит этого пугаться. Так мы и поступили. Отправление с ограниченным отслеживанием, это когда ваше отправление регистрируется не в каждом СЦ(сортировочном центре), а через раз. Например, в первом, при приёме твоей посылки от продавца это сделали и ты видишь запись- принято почтой. Затем во втором городе её просто перенаправили в нужном направлении и не какой записи в отслеживании(статуса) нет, а в третьем когда она достигла СЦ компании, которая её будет тебе доставлять, она снова прошла регистрацию и появилась запись - передана магистральному перевозчику. В основном , точно также с такими отправлениями поступает и почта, той страны, где ты живёшь. Но у таких отправлений есть большой плюс, их никогда не бросают в почтовый ящик. Вы всегда получите почтовое извещение , что необходимо прийти и забрать свою посылку. Выслушав меня, Виктор поблагодарил меня и сказал, что больше не будет так сильно переживать, если его заказ снова отправят таким образом.
