Зная, что я хорошо разбираюсь в процессе пересылки почтовых отправлений мои друзья и сотрудники по работе часто обращаются ко мне за помощью. Почему так происходит, тот кто не знает тонкостей пересылки почтовых отправлений порой неправильно понимает происходящее события.Вот и у моего сотрудника по работе Андрея случилась во время пересылки он-лайн заказа проблема, о которой мы и поговорим сегодня.
Наша с ним беседа состоялась во время обеденного перерыва.
Андрей подходит к моему столику и присаживаясь за него тихо так говорит.
Андрей: Привет ! Представляешь, что я узнал( и делает такое лицо, словно он собирается открыть мне государственную тайну)...
Я( по своей привычке, от которой пытаюсь избавиться, перебиваю его): Привет ! Не делай, такое страшное лицо, а то у меня аппетит сейчас пропадёт.
Андрей( с некоторой обидой в голосе):Зря ты так .
Я: Ладно, ладно тебе заобижался уже. Что ты там узнал.
Андрей: Представляешь, у нас в серьёзных организациях воруют.
Я: Да, ладно тебе. Это в каких же ?
Андрей: На таможне.
Я: Ну, ты сказал. Ты, что меня насмешить решил ?
Андрей: Не веришь ?
Я: Нет, конечно !
Андрей: А, зря ! У меня есть доказательства .
Я: Это какие же ?
Андрей : Я сделал заказ на одной из торговых площадок и мне даже трек международный.
Я(опять его перебивая): И что с того, будет отслеживаться до самого твоего почтового отделения.
Андрей: В том, то всё и дело, что уже не будет.
Я(с некоторым удивлением и недоверием к его словам): Это ещё почему ?
Андрей: Заказ был недешёвый. Вот её и украли на таможне или во время экспорта.
Я(уже с интересом): Почему ты так решил ?
Андрей: Потому что последний статус, который есть, это "выпущено таможней" и всё. После этого вот уже 12 дней тишина.
Я: Так есть же статус, что она прошла таможню. Причём здесь они.
Андрей: Я считаю, что это отписка.
Я: Никто её не крал. Получишь ты своё отправление и не вводи больше никого в заблуждение. Ты кому-нибудь ещё это говорил ?
Андрей: Нет. А что ?
Я: А то, что её никто не крал. После того, как почтовое отправление поступает на территорию страны назначения она поступает на таможенный пост. После того, как появляется статус "выпущено таможней" - она попадает на грузовой таможенный склад. Так что наберись немного терпения и скоро ты её получишь.
