Shades: version 1.9.1 and Ally Summoning
Hi everyone! Today we are happy to announce the release of version 1.9.1, in which we are introducing a brand new mechanic to the game - “ Ally Summoning”! In this post we will tell you what has changed in the game and what to expect next.
Ally Summoning
Characters in the Shadow Fight universe don't like to stand idle. This also applies to Shadow's allies: they do not want to stand by while the fate of the world is being decided.
- Some of your allies attack the enemy, while others use special abilities to support you.
- You can use summoning to defend against enemy attacks, and to start or continue combos.
- The abilities of your allies are varied and multifaceted: try them all to see which ally suits your fighting style best!
Kanade: attacks with naginata, increases your damage
Kenji: attacks with tonfa, creates a damage boost area
Mei: creates a healing area
Weasel: attacks with a sweep from behind, increases critical damage
Sensei: punches, gives block penetration
Yeong-Hui: attacks with a jumping kick, boosts kicks
We will continue to add new allies and expand the ways you can interact with them. Let us know in the comments who you'd like to see next!

Other changes
- Added a new location - “Lighthouse Road” to Act IV
- Fixed a bug with the display of shield and heal effects in “Duels” mode
- Fixed and improved some interface elements
