12 Years of Shadow Fight 2!
Today, Shadow Fight 2 turns 12 years old — can you believe it?
Over these years, we’ve opened the Gates of Shadows, closed them, opened them again, defeated Titan, found love, met the Immortals, traveled across different worlds — and most importantly, fought countless battles! We didn’t always win, but every time we got back up, faced our opponents again, and eventually emerged victorious.
These 12 years, we’ve been growing together, becoming better and stronger. We’ve learned new tactics, tried new weapons, strengthened our fighting spirit, and sharpened our minds. But what happened over the last year?
Events
We managed to launch several brand-new events this year, some of which were tied to the story of Shades. You really enjoyed these connected events, and we’re planning to keep creating more of them!
On top of that, a few familiar stories made a comeback: battles against Freeze Junior, Adanti, and Rakshasa are never boring — just like the ritual fights, where we once again dove into a truly dark and mystical atmosphere.
Items
The Shadow Fight universe is vast and diverse, and over the past year, we’ve added plenty of unique equipment to the game. We experimented with different styles — from grimdark to sci-fi — and you loved it! We enjoy creating exciting gear for you, so this trend is definitely here to stay.

Development
We’re sure many of you are wondering what’s next for the game. In the Shades Q&A, we mentioned that we’ve been working on a major feature for SF2 — and we’re happy to share that it’s coming very soon! You’ll learn more about it at the end of 2025, with the full release expected in the first half of 2026.
We can’t reveal all the details just yet, but we’re confident this will breathe new life into the game and give those who haven’t played in a while a great reason to come back.
