FAQ: The gigantic sword issue, post-Chapter 7 events and more!
Q: Are you gonna add new armor sets and weapons when the main story will come to an end?
Yes! We will definitely do that in 2019. We cannot guarantee there will be new weapon types, but we will try to add this kind of stuff throughout this year. We’ve got some intriguing ideas for the new weapons.
Q: WIll there be brand-new Events after Chapter 7?
Yes! We plan to focus on creating new interesting Events after completing the main story campaign.
Q: You showed us a bunch of cool weapon concept arts. Are we gonna see all of them in the game or not?
Unfortunately, some of them will remain as concept arts. We will surely add the majority of them, but not all.
Q: As you mentioned before, clans and raids are at the conceptualization stage at the moment. Could you please tell us how widely may they differ from those we experienced in Shadow Fight 2?
Your curiosity is quite understandable. But now we’re not ready to clearly answer this question about their uniformity, because now there’s no well-established concept of these modes. Although it goes without saying that the actual game mechanics of the raid mode will be similar to what you’ve seen in Shadow Fight 2 and some other games. What do we mean by a CLAN? It is often a place where players are hanging out together, communicating, searching for a team to fight a boss or sharing some in-game items. In a similar vein, if raids get into the game, this mode mode will be familiar to all Shadow Fight 2 players at the very basic level, but furthermore will infuse something absolutely new.
Q: What will be the most important thing during the PvP-selection process - raiting or strength?
At this point we think that the strength level should not affect the PvP mode in any way. We believe the player’s skill is what really matters.
Q: What will happen to Duels in a situation when you plan to release a full-fledged PvP standalone game?
Not much actually. We plan to add the PvP mode into Shadow Fight 3 as well. So let’s be in touch!
Q: Will there be a possibility to choose any story mission I want after completing the game?
Now we’re developing a system that shall allow the player to replay the story campaign. Most likely you won’t be able to choose a particular mission, but we wouldn’t rule this possibility out. Everything may change over time.
Q: Will there be any thrown weapons perks?
Thrown weapons perks are not in our agendas at the moment. Instead we’re working on a new interesting items ability system, which we’ll announce a little while later.
Q: The gigantic sword is now the slowest weapon in the game. It’s my understanding that it SHOULD have the biggest damage rate among all other weapons. And it did until recently! But you decided to nerf it. Why? Will it get its gamage rate back?
You’re right, now it’s the slowest one. And yet, it’s the most long-ranged weapon in the game and has got wide uninterruption intervals. It makes the sword too strong. So we decided to fix the issue a bit and  lower its damage rate.
Q: Will there be any rewards for getting a great or a perfect round?
Don’t have such intentions at the moment.
